Sawyer Rickman, founder of London House Construction Company, is a second-generation home builder, veteran, and Alaskan native. His passion for architecture began at age 10 when his family built their own home. After earning a business degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage, he worked for the state's top custom home builder, where he apprenticed in fine carpentry, metal fabrication, and design. As a Project Manager, Sawyer refined his skills before moving to Southern Idaho to start his own building company in 2023. His uncle, John Cotner, a renowned industry leader, continues to support and collaborate London House.

Sawyer is dedicated to creating beautiful, meaningful spaces that bring his clients' visions to life.
